Inauguration Celebration Party, Private Home Near Rose Bowl, Pasadena, CA Tuesday,
January 20th, 6-9 p.m.The Move-on event was hosted by a wonderful couple,
Boualem (originally from France) and his wife Sharon and included a very diverse,
friendly, warm group of people. It was in Boualem and Sharon's backyard under
a large, old California oak. There was a toast, a candle ceremony, great spirit,
incredible spoken word poetry, live middle eastern folk music, and spirited, spontaneous
folk dancing. Toward the end of the night there was a fairytale-like visitation
from two four-month old twins named Nicholas and Alexander. |
