Raised in Los Angeles and now based in New York, Carrie Villines shoots portraits, stock and fine art. Her work has been exhibited nationally and is represented by age fotostock, Alamy, and Workbook Stock. She is also working toward her MFA in Photography at Parsons School of Design. Carrie's work was selected by jurors Connie Butler (MOCA) and Joyce Wilson (Brooks) for WIPI's "Tea Time" exhibition and again selected by jurors for "kitsch & klick, the art of the toy camera." Carrie also curated 3 WIPI online exhibitions: "virtual * visual," "Decisive Moments" and "Beauty." In 2005 she was chosen through a WIPI Call for Entries as one of three emerging photographers featured in Kodak's One Gallery in Soho, NY.
