The daughter of two professional photographers, Juanita has in the last twelve years produced numerous conceptual photo projects. Subjects have included the LAPD, the Desire neighborhood in New Orleans, the Santa Monica Pier, and Harris Tweed, produced in the Scotland’s Outer Hebrides.

She exhibits locally and nationally. She has had three solo shows and has been in more than 40 juried group exhibitions in the last two years. She has received more than 20 show awards including 5 First Places. Currently, her work is in BC Space--Laguna Beach, Long Beach Arts—Long Beach, and WomanMade Gallery, Chicago, IL.
