"Turning
Silver" Support
a Photographer: TO WOMEN photographers living in Africa, Asia, India,
Middle East, Russia. or other countries outside the USA where
women truly do not have access to financial funding, WIPI is looking
for sponsors to support an entry for the women photographers. If you
would like to be put on a list for consideration.
Send

this Silver Anniversary competition, WIPI welcomes black &
white based, images only. Fiber based, resin (RC), alternative process,
including toned and hand painted, color transferred to b/w, digital
manipulation, including color text, color added to b/w image, etc. Work
that incorporates traditional and non traditional printing processes,
shot with any type of camera, digital, professional, single use, Polaroid,
toy cameras, holgas, etc.
For the
final image production, it will depend on financing and if the work
is chosen, we will work from your digital file to create an archival
print or make arrangements for the shipment of the print. We suggest
that your image be no larger than 8 x 10 inches due to the expense of
production and shipping. If
