Wendi Schneider's sensual and graceful photographs are rooted in her love of nature and her background in oil painting. She brings a delicate sensibility to whatever she photographs - flowers, nudes, fashion, still life, architecture, products and more. Wendi immersed herself in drawing and painting in New Orleans in the 70s and began photographing in '84 while working as a designer for The Times-Picayune, where she recreated The Picayune's Creole Cook Book of 1901. She moved to NYC to pursue her career in photography and created images for Victoria Magazine, Random House, Berkley Books, Bantam, Little Brown, Warner Books, Sony Records and Young & Rubicam among others.
