Nancy
has spent 40 years shooting theatrical, travel & editorial photography. Her
clients include: Amtrak, American Red Cross, Bank of America, Beverly Theatre,
KRLA Radio, Microsoft, Olympic Music Festival, SoundTransit & the U.S. Dept.
of Labor. Assignments have taken her to Great Britain, Europe, Russia &
throughout America.
In addition to working as the house photographer
for The Beverly Theatre, in Beverly Hills, CA (1980-1990), Nancy also spent nearly
a decade working as Wolfman Jack's personal photographer. In 1985, Nancy
worked with The Manhattan Transfer on their critically-acclaimed, Grammy Award-winning
album "Vocalese." Nancy's photos capture the group in studio with musical
greats including Dizzy Gillespie, The Count Basie Band, Ray Brown, Ritchie Cole,
Bobby McFerrin, Grady Tate, Thad Jones, Jon Hendricks and The Four Freshman. In
2003, in affiliation with Apple Ltd & L.E.G. Productions, Nancy worked as
the archivist for Bruce Karsh, cataloguing his Walter Shenson Collection of photographs,
negatives & memorabilia from The Beatle's films "A Hard Day's Night"
and "Help."
Nancy is currently involved in archiving,
cataloging, and digitally preserving her life's work "The Clendaniel Collection"
- an archive of over 50,000 negatives, prints, and color transparencies. Her images
have been exhibited and presented in publications worldwide. Nancy's first book
"Private Moments in Sacred Space" is being published in October 2012
