BEV
PETTIT
Photography is Bev's passion and her art. Her heart and soul goes
into every image that she creates, from the initial click of the
shutter all the way to the end of the creative process, the print.
“The horse is my photographic passion. From a very early age
I have had a close connection to horses. They have always been in
my life. I feel blessed to be able to convey my love of animals,
horses in particular, but all wildlife through my creative photographic
eye. I hope that my emotion toward horses and all animals shows
through in my work. I treat each image as an individual work of
art. I want each image to “speak” in some way. I hope
that you, the viewer, will experience a “connection”
with the subjects in my work in some way.
My years as an artist began at an early age. Throughout my life
I wove fine art and photography into my work and educational endeavors.
I feel that the decades of my travel and work across Asia, Europe,
Latin America and the United States have greatly influenced my artistic
style.”
Holding high-level positions in the corporate world for twenty years
and with a degree in fine art, Bev has a significant advantage in
her ability to face business issues and decisions head-on in the
art world today.
Bev’s work is currently represented in fine art galleries
in the US and by fine art publishers internationally. Many of her
artistic creations grace the walls of private collectors worldwide.
